What happens if I exceed my monthly event limit?
We'll send you a warning when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed 100%, new webhooks will be queued but not forwarded until the next billing cycle or you upgrade. Your logged data remains accessible.
Can I change plans at any time?
Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Can I try HookWatch before paying?
Yes! Our Free plan gives you full access to core features with generous limits. Sign up, explore webhooks, cron jobs, and monitoring — then upgrade when you need more. No credit card required.
How does automatic retry work?
When a webhook delivery fails, HookWatch automatically retries with exponential backoff: 1 minute, 5 minutes, 30 minutes, 2 hours, and 24 hours. Pro and Business plans allow custom retry intervals.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) through our secure payment provider, Paddle. Business customers can also pay via invoice.
Can I get a refund?
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all paid subscriptions. Request a refund within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked.
