Where billing and refunds stand during beta. Short and honest: there is nothing to charge for yet.

Billing status
Free plan
HookWatch is free to use during beta. There is nothing to pay and therefore nothing to refund. Limits and features may change as the product develops (see the Terms of Service).
Beta paid plan, if available
If we enable paid beta billing, refund requests will be reviewed case by case during the beta period. Any specific terms — pricing, billing cycle, and refund windows — will be published on the Pricing page and here before charging begins. Payments would be handled by Paddle, which acts as our payment processor and merchant of record.
Cancellations
You can stop using HookWatch at any time. If paid plans exist in future, you will be able to cancel from your account settings, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period unless stated otherwise.
Refund requests
While billing is not active there is nothing to refund. Once paid plans launch, send refund requests to billing@hookwatch.dev and we will review them under the terms published at that time.
