14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We want you to be completely satisfied with HookWatch. If you're not happy with your paid subscription for any reason, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. No questions asked.

Eligibility

Refunds are available under the following conditions:

  • New subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of your first payment for any paid plan (Pro or Business).
  • Annual subscriptions: Full refund within 14 days of purchase. After 14 days, we offer a prorated refund for the remaining unused months upon request.
  • Plan upgrades: If you upgrade your plan and are not satisfied, you may request a refund of the upgrade cost within 14 days of the upgrade.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Free plan accounts (no payment was made)
  • Subscriptions older than 14 days (except annual plan prorated refunds)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Custom Enterprise agreements (subject to separate contract terms)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at support@hookwatch.dev with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your account email address and the reason for your refund (optional).
  3. We will process your request within 5 business days.

Refund Processing

  • Refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle, and will be returned to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your financial institution.
  • Once a refund is processed, your subscription will be cancelled and your account will be downgraded to the Free plan.
  • Your data will be retained according to the Free plan's data retention policy (7 days), giving you time to export any necessary information.

Subscription Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your subscription without requesting a refund, you can do so at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again.

Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
